Sarah Ward PgCertSART, RVN, MBVNA, MIRVAP
Sarah is the Clinical Manager of K9HS and works closely with Barbara to offer the best service to Suffolk, north Essex south Norfolk areas. She is an experienced small animal Veterinary Physiotherapist and advanced canine hydrotherapist and embraces the animal centred ethos K9HS represents. Sarah’s background in clinical management as well as her 10 years experience as a Veterinary Nurse empowers the comprehensive services K9HS continues to offer and expand.
Sarah divides her work between K9HS and her own mobile practice in Cambridgeshire and brings a wealth of diverse knowledge and skills to K9HS with her passion for dog sporting activities, especially in agility and sheepdog trials.
She is committed to further advancing her veterinary physiotherapy practice and was awarded a post graduate Certificate (PGCert) in small animal rehabilitation with Merit by Nottingham University in 2014.
She is a member of IRVAP and a member of the BVNA (British Veterinary Nursing Association) and is always working towards improving the healthcare of dogs and small animals. Her pack of 5 dogs include 4 wonderful border collies and a cheeky border terrier. Sarah enjoys assisting Barbara in the face to face training courses at K9HS and offering mentoring and support to her para professionals.
